Sintered Mechanical Fuse Parts for Compressors of Car Air-conditioner

The cover shows sintered mechanical fuse parts for use in the pulleys of variable-displacement air-conditioner compressors in vehicles. This product has the dual functions of transmitting power from the engine to the compressor by direct coupling of the pulley and compressor shaft during normal operation and protecting the engine belt from excessive loads. In the protective function, the mechanical fuse part of the inner hub is designed to break if the regulated load is exceeding, thereby engine belt is protected by disconnecting from engine power.
