Our Approach |
Before we proceed to production, our professional and experienced engineers will work closely with you to analyse your current situation by finding out your specific needs and requirements. Powder Metal Production Process |
Weighing & Mixing (Blending)
Various types of raw powders are weighed in the specified ratios, and then mixed by blending machine to obtain a uniform mixture.

Mixing process

Compacting
The mixed powder is placed in a high precision tooling, then compacted by a vertical press machine to form a compressed part called Green compact.

Compacting process
|
Sintering
The Green compact is placed into a sintering furnace, where it is heated in gas atmosphere at temperatures below the melting point of base metals. An alloy component of near net shape is then ready for delivery or further processing.

Sintering process
|
The post treatments, such as repressing, machining and/or heat treatment may be applied for increased precision or strengthening if necessary.
