"NIKKALOY" is our registered trade mark of powder metallurgical products which are produced from metal powders such as Iron, Copper and others in specific ratio in weight, and compacted in tool then sintered at a temperature below melting point of main raw material.

We offer cost effective and unique products that utilizes the features of Sintered Powdered Metals such as "net-shape" design methods and oil impregnation methods. These help to achieve extremely high material yield typically using almost 100% of the starting raw material in the finished part.

Structural Parts

The parts are produced to near net shapes to eliminate and reduce secondary processes. A unique technique is used to spread the powder material within the die cavity to obtain an even density in multi-level parts.

Sintered Bearings

Oil impregnated into the pores between alloy material structure provides self-lubricating function. These are used widely in various applications that require lubrication along or around a shaft and are cost efficient alternatives to ball bearings.
